I was reading where it says:

As a treat, provide a variety of insects, including gut-loaded (recently fed) crickets, mealworms and waxworms.

How often and how many of each should a Crestie be fed? thanks.

I don't really count, but I would estimate about 4 crickets per gecko. Since the crestie is arboreal, I don't think there's much in trying worms because they will hide (or bury themselves if you have substrate) and the gecko probably won't see them.
