Well, lately it's been very loud around here. With the coming spring, the humidity is rising along with the temperature, and my tokays are definitely aware of it. The two babies I have left are scurrying around constantly, and my adult female is far less seclusive than I've ever seen her, which is especially unusual because I just transferred her into another tank. The most sensitive to this change is most definitely my male, Cobalt. At just over 13 inches, he's a beast, and he knows what he wants. He enjoys vocalizing his ....err..... desires... at 6:30 in the morning, which effectively booms throughout my entire house. Now after having him for almost two years now, I'm pretty much used to hearing his mating call. I was not expecting his oldest son to join in, however. That's right, at just over 7 months old, my very first hatch-ling, Echo, has joined the ranks of romance-seeking geckos across the globe. Needless to say, this should be a fun year
Now here's a couple of pictures of Cobalt from this month
And finally the most recent picture of Echo
