Males are typically a little bigger than females but each gecko is different so this isn't always true.

ive just weighed them both and they are both around 25g there eating etc they have been this weight for ages now but then again im using crap kitchen scales so maybe its wrong there around 6-7 inch long is this the correct weight roughly

if you can calibrate the scale a good always on hand weight is coins, think that they are just a good as calibration weights.

To check if my scale is calibrated I place a coin on it and check to see how much the coin weighs, then reference the coins weight to the known weight of the coin. My scale is able to measure to the 0.1 of a gram, so you may have to use a few coins to check yours. I have been lucky as I have not had to re-calibrate my scale yet.
