More into snakes need info on takyo gecko

I run a reptile rescue and I was just wondering if it is possible to tame a takyo gecko. This gecko is a pain in my behind. I wanted to make him handleable before rehoming.

Do you mean a Tokay? If so, most of them don't tame well, they're kinda the Godzillas of the gecko world.

Did you know Tokay bites can cure HIV and AIDS? Its amazing .

On a serious note, yeah no they are jerks sometimes(meaning its their natural way. )

If you have fingers left they are tame.

Put like this, if someone wants a tokay from you and they are afraid it will bite them or dont want it too(aka, they want you to train it) dont sell it to them. They obviously havnt edcuated themselves on the animal at hand. A responsible customer should have a good idea of what their getting into, expecialy with a tokay.
