My 1st hatchling!

My egg has been dented for about 2 weeks and I was sure it was done. I just asked my son if he checked the eggs today and he came tearing upstairs yelling theres a baby!!! It hisses at me like crazy! Is that normal for a hatchling?

Lol, yes it's normal for a hatchling to screech Congrats.

yep our hiss at us too. And when they get an apatite they try to bite but it doesn't hurt just startling.

screamers are totally normal! it'll calm down after awhile when it figures out it's not in danger. Congrats!
