My female laid her first clutch just over a month ago. She looks to have eggs again. She hasn't laid them yet. It's been weeks. What can I do to help her?

I've had geckos go up to 6 weeks before laying the next clutch. From what I can see in the picture, it doesn't look as if she's got huge eggs in there. Some geckos do get egg bound but it's more rare I think than everyone assumes. As long as she is behaving more or less normally just keep an eye on her. If she seems to be very lethargic, constantly straining, or if she excretes something that looks like the inside of an egg (soft, white and runny, like a soft boiled egg white), you should take her to a reptile vet.
