My quarantine tanks were 40 gallon and I felt like that was terribly small. I recommend going as long(cage size) as you can afford. The space will allow you to create great things for you Leo.

I believe some stores do a "dollar per gallon sale" so you can pick up a large tank for a decent price or get one second hand
