Hey all! I'm not new to Gecko Forums, but its been awhile and I forgot my username password, so here I am with a new one. Haha!
Anyway, here are my two Fat Tails I've had for a while. The first is a female named Katniss. I got her in March of last year, from a local reptile show. She was wild caught, but she is the sweetest little gecko ever! She currently weighs 38 grams. I've got her munching on mealies like there's no tomorrow. Soooo happy I dont have to keep crickets for her! She seems to be lighter than most normals. Sometimes she looks really peachy/orangey. I have an old book and she looks like a "Starburst"... whatever that is.
Here is my other. Got him recently from a Mom and Pop type pet store that had no clue how to take care of reptiles... he was on dry bark and still suffers from shedding problems. He will not eat on his own and has to be handfed. I usually do mealies and lately extra small pinkies.. he loves those! Currently weighing in at 31 grams. Name is Peeta! Obviously I thought it was a boy at first, but now I'm not so sure.. There's the bulge, and I SWEAR I saw some pores when I first got 'him'. If not I may have to change the name to Prim.
Is Peeta a regular albino?
