My new buddy Zeus

Well, I rescued this cool guy from an owner I found on CL, who had gotten some Cresties in a trade he did for a snake. He was listed in the add for a, "breeding Pair."
The guy only had them 2 weeks, and fed them nothing but crickets in an empty 10gal. aquarium... *SIGH*

The best part is, I traded a car battery(which was free) for him!

This dude is freaking HUGE!!!
He was so hungry, he devoured TWO plates of CGD within the first 10 minutes after I put him in his new Viv.

Yeah, Zeus is a friggen BEAST!
I don't know his weight yet, but he is literally the size of my hand(without tail), and weighs at least double of Scuttles...
He's totally chill after about 5 minutes out of his Viv.
Last night when he wasn't in my hand, he literally sat in the couch cushion next to me for about 45 minutes and watched an episode of LOST with me. Didn't move even once.

I'm getting his girlfriend on Friday.

FYI - That's NOT a papertowel roll he's sitting on in the pics either, thats the 4" dia. cardboard roll in the center of industrial plastic wrap used for shipping!!!
