My first truely deformed gecko.

It appears to be fine except for the shoulder hunch doesn't let it move it's head left to the same degree it moves to the right.

What are the chances it'll live. Good?

Anyone have one of these types of deformities in a Leopard Gecko. Does it require anything extra?

(Please don't suggest culling. It's not going to happen.)

Here's what they are supposed to look like.

It's not actually as bad as it looks. It's in an uncomfortable looking position. The only real problem seems to be the shoulder thing. It can't really move it's head to the left with the same degree of freedom as to the right.

The backbone appears to be striaght to so I think the problem is with the shoulder girdle or something. The backbone itself does not appear to be kinked.

Otherwise it's alert and everything works, it can move pretty fast and climb, just can't move the head to the left much really.

It's hard for me to tell much from the picture so I may be way off base, but is it possible that this is a dislocation rather than a deformity? If so, if it can be re-located it may be able to move normally.
