Need advice

Penelope throw up Sunday morning. 5 meal worms still completely intact. She ate 5 crickets that evening. She has not pooped since then and has eaten 1 meal worm and 2 crickets since then and this is what I find this morning.




I've only had her for ten days mad she fine till Sunday. I had her on reptile carpet till Saturday and changed her to paper towels and that's when she spent most of her time in the humid hide put her back on the carpet on Tuesday and now she goes back and forth. Temps are checked everyday. Warm sides runs between 89-96. What can I do

They sometimes throw up mealworms if they eat too much. It's not a big deal. i have no idea what's in that picture. Looks like urates to me. I'd continue feeding her and see what happens.

If she's not pooping you could try putting her in warm water to see if her muscles will relax
