New crested gecko

Hi new member here,
I purchased a 3month old lily white crested gecko a week ago. It is being housed in a bio active vivarium. I have a jelly pot one side of her tank up high & on the other side her powdered food & water, she or he ‘not sexed yet’ hasn’t eaten anything? So getting a little concerned. I haven’t handled him/her at all, mist twice a day, & have her/he’s lights on 12 hours a day off for 12 hours. Is there anything I’m doing wrong or could be doing better?

I have found that with many crested geckos it doesn't seem as if they're eating, but they are. I never see most of my crested geckos eat and often the CGD (that's the "jelly") doesn't look as if it's been touched, but they must be eating because they are thriving.
