Newbie's finished project!!

Hi all,
I just signed up to the site like 20 mins ago and had a quick look around.

I've had 4 Geckos within 3 years and adopted one from my X (Sadly that one died because she didn't feed it or look after it well :main_angry::main_angry:) Also my female died as she was laying eggs and refused to eat no matter what I done :(

A couple of months ago I brought a Hypo Gecko. I called him Tango! :D Past 2 weeks me and my father have been making a viv for him to live in as his little plastic container was just too small!

14 cups of tea, a bit of swearing and black tape! :p




1 sheet of MDF, Cut it to fit 2x1x1 feet so you can have the base, back, top and 2 sides. Cut a hole out on the back for the vent (On this one I used wood blocks and glue to secure it but next one will be nails and glue!)
Assemble it all together, Got some runners for the glass and glue them in place after fitting the glass then paint it! :D

I got everything except for the MDF, Glass and the rock off eBay, Glass was from a local glass company which cost me £10. Rock was from my local garden centre for £5.99 and the MDF from B&Q for £8!

Gonna start making my oldest Leopard Gecko one next week :D:D:D
