Hi every one, new to this, my partners daughter's gecko is laying eggs and we would like to try an incubate/raise a new born :), we are slowly reading up on looking after these cute little creatures. A question ....... when they are hatched ? what is the general idea - to return to the varium with the adults or keep in a separate enclosure ?....... any views greatly appreaited, cheers andy

Welcome to GF. The babies need to be kept separately because the adults are likely to eat them if they go in their cage. Google "leopard gecko breeding" and find out the breeding details.

I am totally agree with you acpart because adults eat the new born baby when food is not available separate both adults and baby..IT is the best way to protection the the gecko babies..
