Nose clogged

My Leo is currently getting treated for mouth rot, and he’s on a medication that he really hates and that I have to drip on his mouth for him to lick off. Is this nostril being clogged related to that? Is the medicine just in his nose or is he ill again?

I had gecko for quite awhile who regularly had his nose clogged. The vet recommended putting a little dab of bacitracin on it and it worked well.
