Hi everyone,

Not really sure if this topic does go here but could any one help me with the following:

How do I set Mircosoft outlook 2007, so when I get an email about geckos it automatically goes into that folder??

Any ideas?

Tools - Rules and Alerts

A rule will do exactly what you want done. That is, move messages with the word "gecko" to a personal folder of your choice. It will also move emails based on the sender's email address, along with several other things. You'll just have to give it a try, as it takes you through four or five steps during the rule creation.
