Please Help! I dont know what to use to clean my leopard gecko's tank?

I was just courious but what kind you use cleaning product. Should i use Windex? or Soap or "Dove" ???

I use Chlorohexidine and water, you can also use a solution of vingar and water. I have used dish washing soap in the past but non of that lemony smelling stuff and only use VERY little with A LOT of water.

I wouldn't use windex or dove.

I use windex on the outside ONLY!!!!

I alternate between vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. If I am really wanting to sterilize, I clean with both.

It's a disinfectant that isn't as harsh as something like bleach. One Oz to a gallon so it last forever!

Good ol' soap and water... In my opinion, there is no need for chemical cleaners... Most bacteria are killed by hot water and regular dish soap... Whatever is not killed by hot water and dish soap is usually dead once the tank dries...

I use good ol' vinegar water! One part vinegar in ten parts water! Not only does it disinfect, it makes the glass look shiny too. :3
