Question about calcium

Ok, so I was at my local pet store getting a list of what all items I need and what they have and prices, yada yada. Anyways, I found a calcium with D3, but the only other calcium bottles I found were these:

with beta carotene
2:1 Phosphorous
Regular leopard gecko calcium (I read the label for this one and it said D3 was 4000 per something, while the D3 calcium was 100,000 per something)

Which of these 3 would be best? I am utterly confused on the beta carotene and phosphorous thing. Thanks a bunch for putting up with my questions haha :)
Edit* I'm just looking for a calcium without (as much at least) D3 for putting in a little cap.

Also, I'm a little mixed up on the calcium for dusting and the calcium for the little cap. Which do I put in which? I think I read you're suppost to dust the crickets/feeders with D3 and leave calcium with little to no D3 in a cap.
