Not sure about breeders, but pangeareptile.com/forums is a great place for rhacs. They sell a number of products you can use as well.

There are quite a few good crested breeders, almost all of them are on the 3 forums and post in the classifieds.

Here's a few good breeders. All of these breeders have nice stuff and not the average buckskin looking cresteds.
