Really need help (mouth foaming)

My Gecko is opening and closing their mouth with its foaming. He looked like he was in pain and it went on for a minute before he shook his whole body and then stopped. I'm not sure what exactly it is I've never seen my other lizards do it before.

Sounds like it could be a severe respiratory issue. You need a qualified herp vet, ASAP.
