Rescued this little girl

I took in a female leopard gecko and I was told she is just abit over 1 year old. She came with a 20 Gallon tank with sand. I cleaned it all out and got rid of the sand and for now I have her on paper towels. They had her small heat pad on the side of the tank. I went and bought a bigger heat pad and it is on the bottom of the tank now. Since then she stayed in her warm hide. She doesn’t come out not even in the evening. Not sure if I should be worried about her. I have her heatpad on a Thermostat as well. Is there anything I should do or keep an eye out for?
I will attach a picture of the little girl as well

She looks pretty good, and the changes to the enclosure sound perfect. She may start coming out once she gets used to the new situation. She may also just be one of those reclusive geckos. I have geckos who never go in their hides and other geckos that never come out!
