runny poop

My gecko just had a runny poo. It smelled HORRIBLE
I know this because I change/clean where ever when ever something is pooped on(only have 2 geckos)
I fed her a bit more then usual. I am worried I cross contaminated because I got a new leo sunday...

Here come the questions!

1. Describe your cage setup.

2. Has either gecko ever had a fecal sample examined microscopically?

3.(3 parts to this one) Did you keep the new leo you got on Sunday separate from the other one? Do you wash your hands in between cleaning cages? What do you use to clean?

4. Where did your geckos come from and when?

5. Have you changed her diet from what she's used to eating?
