Does this come with everything I need for one crested gecko?

There's only one thing I would provisionally add: if you're going to use the eco-earth as a substrate (some people use paper towels; I use eco earth and real plants) you should consider the traditional vivarium drainage layers: about 2" of hydroton expanded clay balls (you can get these from any hydroponics store) on the bottom, a layer of mesh (get a roll of vinyl screen mesh from Home Depot) followed by the eco earth. It keeps things from getting soggy from misting.
