Sleeping In water bowl

Hello, I have a question. I noticed that during the day with his heat lamp on that my little guy is out. He is usually see sleeping in his water bowl. Is this normal? He has been eating. Just wondering if it’s something I should be concerned about?

It might make sense to check the temperature and humidity in the enclosure. I prefer not to use a heat lamp because I worry that the air in the enclosure is getting super heated and also very dry.
