Swollen Glands in throat?

So I came back home after 2 days away and I noticed that one of my levis levis had 2 really swollen bubble like sacks under its throat. There are 2 and they look like swollen glands or something. Not 100% sure but they might be filled with liquid.

Has anyone experienced this or know what it might be?

Hi,
The pic didnt work for me but I recently acquired a nice group of 9 knobtails a few months ago and one large female had 2 large sacs under her throat.I am new to knobtails so I thought maybe they were calcium sacs like day geckos get.She ate a few times,However, she became lethargic a few days later and died.None of the other adults show any sign of sacs so i'm guessing they weren't normal..steve
