Swollen leg?

I just got my first leopard gecko, crouton about two days ago. Today I've just started to notice some swelling in his leg, I don't know what it is, and im a little worried. i give him calcium and vitamins with D3. and no UV-b light
UPDATE: the swelling has not worsened and here are some more pics, also I have started using a UV-b lam,p

Here are the possibilities based on what I can see from the picture:
--chubby gecko!
--gout
--MBD, but I don't think so based on supplementation and the fact that it's not bowed out

If for some reason it's gout, which can happen due to uric acid buildup because of too much protein, I don't think there's much you can do. You can just keep an eye on it or take it to a reptile vet.
(I'm not qualified to say whether it's gout or not, you need a vet diagnosis).
