Hello,
Quick question about the temperature probe I keep under my warm hide.
I can't get it to lay flat on the tile. It hovers about 1 - 2 mm over the tile (warm hide pinches the cord and raises probe end). Temp is consistent between 88-91 degrees.
I've seen some folks suggest using tape to get it to lay flat and I have also seen folks say that the adhesive and/or fumes from any tape could be toxic. Especially concerned since its on the warm side. Don't want it to harbor any bacteria on the tape / probe or residue left on the tile from the tape.
Thoughts?
