Hello folks,
I put together a temperature profile for my tank. I don't have my geckos yet, but you can never be too prepared
I'm picking them up on Thursday.
I measured diff spots at daytime and plan on doing so for night time as well.
The measurements were taken with Zoo Med black analog thermometers, so I am not convinced about the accuracy on the spots that are exposed to direct light. (I can easily put my hand on the "110" spot without it feeling hot)
I am seeing what is best for nighttime since i have both a 60W and a 26W moonlight bulb. The 26W keeps temp at about 72. I haven't tried the other one, but will do so tonight.
notes:
* ThermoControl PRO II receiver is placed behind the plant.
* wooden shelter on the left is humid hide with Sphagnum.
Well, any suggestions on the profile are more than welcome.
