I never, until now, realized that owning a leopard gecko is so complicated.

It's not, but I'm amazed by those that think they know more than reptiles and basically try and provide habitat for animals that have been here longer than the one's that think they know what's best for them.

What's next? How to train your leopard gecko to use a cellphone?

LMAO

Busy with Lizzy

Anyone sleep with their gecko?

Reason I ask, my gecko isn't happy until he sleeps with me. I'll feed him and leave but when I come back to check on him he has his little head and body waiting for me to handle him.

He sleeps with me and...he doesn't snore.

;)

Okay, now I know what your problem is after reading all your other post responses....A leopard gecko is the only thing that will sleep with you....

Sorry guys, couldn't resist lol!

Hey, I'll sleep with a gecko far sooner than I will with a flagrant fluzzy! Fluzzies never resist!

No offense.

After a 6 year hiatus from reptiles I'm trying to relearn the lingo and figured this thread would help. It did and made me laugh a bit but nobody explained anything about the morph terminology ie this gecko is 50% het for this. I can't for the life if me remember any of the genetic terminology. If someone could fill me in that would be great. Thanks.
