I have been looking around and cannot for the love of me find a good thermostat for a UTH. Can someone link me one they use? And will I need a thermometer with this?

Herpstat is the best I know-it's a proportional. I have one for 3 of my tanks and it works very well. Runs about $109.00. I also have heard great things about Johnsons and Ranco for the off/on types. I just ordered a Johnsons for my other tank.
