Weaning off of crickets?

Hey guys
ive been feeding my gecko crickets and mealworms.
the crickets are getting expensive.:main_no::help:
would it be possible to wean my gecko off of them to where she just eats mealworms?
if so, how long should i drag it out?

Well like any animals you should keep on feeding both but every day start giving less crickets and more mealworms.A variety of food is good for a leopard geckos health like to any animal like us where we eat more than one type of vegetable and meat.Look threw the feeding/feeder forum because they would give you good information about feeders.

I wouldn't completely stop feeding crickets. You could just use fewer of them.

I hate crickets so I only feed them once a week. I feel meal worms, supers, and now phoenix as the staples.
