What are Americans doing for DST and Lighting/Feeding, Etc?

This is my first encounter with the time change. Are you adjusting the timing of your lighting by an hour (if using timing like that) or just leaving it as is and doing things an hour later from your perspective. Bottom line, who's changing? You or your gecko?
