What are SIMs and GEOs

Have been reading old post and keep coming across these acronyms but no real definition for them. Can someone please elaborate?

Also would someone please respond to my following post in case my rescue does turn out to be gravid? I would like to be prepared. I wasn't planning to have eggs for another 6 months or so, and be better researched.

SIM stands for Suspended Incubation Method. Here is a link Squamata Concepts - Vivarium International
GEO stands for Gecko Egg Organizer. Here is a link The G.E.O. (Gecko Egg Organizer)
There is also a third called the RETray which stands for Reptile Egg Tray. Here is a link Reptile Egg Incubation Tray

All three work on the exact same principles. It is a great way to incubate eggs especially for new breeders that have a tendency to get there egg medium to wet.
