Leave it alone till it either hatches or collapses, molds and smells. If you pip it and find a premature baby who doesn't survive you will be upset with yourself. A few weeks ago I hatched (well it hatched by itself) an egg that had been incubating at 82 for 7 weeks and a very tiny leo came out with a lot of yolk sac remaining. Seven weeks is a bit short for 82 degrees but the clutchmate hatched the next day and was much bigger. This little leo lived for 3 days. I think that if it could have stayed in the egg another week and a half (and been late to hatch) it may have been normal size and made it.
