wheeleri bedding

What do you all use in your racks for the wheeleri substrate? I use peat and sand mix for the milii. DO I just use strait sand for the wheeleri? THanks!

I just use straight sand for my wheeleri... just like the levis.

I'm thinking of starting out my knob tail collection with a pair of Wheeleri. I really want some albino Pilabarensis, but I've been told they're expensive and a little more difficult to care for. It was recommended that I start with the Wheeleri.

I've read your Levis paper Marcia. Thanks for writing that, it's very informative. Are there any ways in which the requirements for Wheeleri differ from the Levis, or are they pretty much the same?

Jason- I am thinking about EVENTUALLY getting a male albino pilb. and a female het albino but they are about $2000 a pair.

Debbie- yes, I'm getting a pair to start with. hehehe....Then keeping them ALL! lol. jk. But yes, hopefully I will be gettin a pair at Daytona from someone.
