sony or cannon cybershot or powershot. i want a camera in the 100-200 dollar range and a nice point and shoot. nikon, sony, or cannon. which 1? and what model

I really like canons, I have used panasonics for a couple of years and like them too, but canons fit my pocket book better.

Right now best buy has the Canon SX120 IS on sale for $200. It is a powerful little camera. My brother just bought the SX200, but it runs about $350.
