So I've been toying with the idea of expanding geneses but for non breeding purposes (for now:D) But I noticed most people sell them in pairs. Why is that?

HaHa. What Maurice said.

Usually males are harder to move, so towards the middle and end of the season, you find more gecko groups in pairs or deals. Such as buy a male and get a female free half price or females must be purchased with male, or whatever...

Check around at reptile expos. They usually sale individually, also look around in the beginning of the season.

Also, that if you sell on just a single animal, there is no way that other people can start breeding programmes with that species as well.
