Would this be a good schedule?

Alright...so if I have mealworms in a dish 24/7 and feed a second prey (crickets or roaches) say 2x a week would it be a good idea to do calcium + D3 in one of those feedings and vitamins in the other with the mealworms with nothing? (and of course a dish of calcium w/o D3).

i would dust one feeding with the calcium with d3 and dust with the vitamins another feeding.

I concur with Robin, once they're adults you don't really need to feed them everyday. Accept females who are in laying mode of course. 3 feedings a week or everyother day is fine.
