Would you buy a crested gecko with floppy tail syndrome?

I was browsing through pet stores today and came across a pretty crestie. It was around 20 grams (educated guess based on the sizes of mine) and a really nice dark blackish colour with light flame markings on top. It was different from what you would usually see in a pet store but the poor guy/girl has a floppy tail. Would you even consider buying it? I didn't ask the people any questions but I have this cute gecko stuck in my head.......

I would that means he's special apart from the rest, so that means he deserves the best home!! not that the other cresties dont but this one is an angel lol

We usually suggest against buying from pet stores, but I'd probably buy a gecko if I really liked it, no matter where it was from.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate your opinions and I agree about not usually buying from pet stores but I just had to look ..........
