Crested gecko swelling or cresticles

Hi everyone I’m really new to keeping a crested gecko this is Nori who I’ve owned for about a month now and they’re around five months old.
They’ve started getting swelling around their vent area but it doesn’t look like cresticles to me at least because it seems to all be on one side
I’ve noticed them trying to lick it occasionally too and there seems to be a bit of raw skin where they have by their spur so I’m not sure what it is or what to do if someone could help that would be really useful

Attached (so to speak) is a photo of my male crested gecko's "cresticles". I think your gecko's area is swollen, though. I'd recommend a vet visit.

Agreed with Aliza. That first pic, the skin looks a little too taught to be normal. Seems inflamed.
