Is this mouth rot, please help.

He’s been eating and drinking and being normal but hes skittish and always has been, but his mouth lately looks wrong in front!

It's hard to tell from the pictures. Take a q-tip and clean it with a little warm water. Keep an eye on it. If it doesn't heal in awhile or starts looking worse, you may have to take it to a reptile vet.
