Umm...mine seems to be ok, both of them are quite skittish, but they never "barked" or open their little mouths to try to scare me off. I've heard people say the amyae can do that. They don't tolerate handling though, especially the levis. I hardly see him at all - always hiding in his burrow. The amyae I see often though, he can sit on my hand ok, as long as I don't move anything in front of him. The levis jumps whenever I tried to pick him up.
