Jeremy, those two pics are hysterical! It looks like one baby is poking it's head out of the snow to check the weather, and the other one looks like it didn't like the weather and went back into the egg!

Cool pics everyone!

I managed to get this not so great pic my first season, unfortunately I have not found too many while hatching since then. Ahh well. Still great to find a new baby, either way!

Our babies

Well we only have one female laying eggs right now, she's a raptor on her first year breeding and she's doing great. Here are pic's of her first 2 babies, that are about 3 weeks old and 8 grams.

Debbie's thread gave me a great idea of making a thread full of images of the number 1 reason I love breeding reptiles:main_yes:

Let's make this a 100 page thread full of images!!!

It doesn't hurt to write on the eggs themselves? In chickens we use pencil, but I couldn't think of a way to mark these!

Here's one from tonight. I keep missing them actually coming out of the egg. It's like they know I have the camera ready or something. lol

Baby Aptor peeking out, with it's clutchmate thinking about it...

I am with Marcia! This thread needs a sticky IMHO, because even on the days(or weeks/months) we don't hatch a cute little new life, we can view others joyous arrivals.
